The manufacturing process of zirconium pressure vessel

Zirconium pressure vessel manufacturing process generally can be divided into raw material acceptance process, line process, the cutting process, cleaning process, machining (including edge planing, etc.) work procedure, groups, and rolled to work procedure (product welding test plate), welding, NDT process, opening line process, the general inspection procedure, and heat treatment process, pressure test process and corrosion process.


Different welding methods have different welding processes. The welding process is mainly based on the material, grade, chemical composition, welding structure type, welding performance requirements to determine. First of all, we should determine the welding method, such as hand arc welding, submerged arc welding, tungsten argon arc welding, fusion gas welding, and so on. According to the principle of action in the production process, zirconium pressure vessels are divided into reaction pressure vessels, heat exchange pressure vessels, separation pressure vessels, and storage pressure vessels. The specific division is as follows:

(1) Reaction pressure vessel (code R): it is mainly used to complete the physical and chemical reaction of the medium, such as reactor, reaction kettle, decomposition pot, zirconium pressure vessels, decomposition tower, polymerization kettle, autoclaved kettle, ultra autoclaved kettle, synthesis tower, transformation furnace, cooking pot, steam ball, autoclaved kettle, gas generator, etc.

(2) heat pressure vessel code (E): is mainly used to complete medium heat exchange of zirconium pressure vessels, such as the tube shell type waste heat boiler, heat exchanger, condenser, cooler, heater, sterilization pot, dyeing machine, dryer, steaming, frying pan, preheating pot, solvent preheater, off-line, electric heating steam boiler, steam generator, gas generator water jacket and so on.

(3) Separation pressure vessel (code S): it is mainly used to complete the fluid pressure balance buffer and zirconium pressure vessels of the medium, such as separator, filter, oil collector, buffer, scrubber, absorber, copper washing tower, drying tower, stripper, cylinder, deaerator, etc.

(4) Storage pressure vessel (code C, spherical tank code B): mainly used for storage, containing gas, liquid, liquefied gas, and other media zirconium pressure vessels, such as various types of the storage tank.
